Isn’t it always the way? You’re just wondering around, minding your own business, talking about adoption, when Bam! You run across a mysterious pregnant lady in dire straits. It’s not? Well, it is in Port Charles! On Tuesday’s General Hospital, Chase and Brook Lynn found Delilah, unconscious on the sidewalk and hurried her to the hospital. Except that was after Delilah protested, only to realize she really did need medical help fast.
It’s obvious that the show has just introduced the mom of Chase and Brook Lynn’s baby. And it’s just as obvious that this woman is coming with a boatload of secrets! How did she end up there? What happened to her?
She’s only seven months pregnant, but she needs an emergency C-section. But despite being in that much trouble, Delilah did not want to go to the hospital!

Then there’s her tattoo. Is it a key to her identity — or something more sinister. Honestly, our first thought was: Cult! Is Delilah fleeing a charismatic leader who pushed her to bear his child… just like what Shiloh did with Willow! Dawn of Day didn’t have tattoos that we know of, but Delilah could be a part of an offshoot of some kind.
Even if it’s unrelated, her and her baby’s very existence would be bound to get Willow involved. She’s got a newfound sense of power in congress, and as we saw at the end of Monday’s episode, she clearly intends to use it. Willow could bring the might of the government down on the cult, wanting to spare Delilah from going through all that she did.
And in the process, she could get even more mixed up in Chase’s life — especially since he went through the cult thing with her and was her hero in getting out of it! That would have to tick off Brook Lynn and the Quartermaines. Messing with Drew is one thing, but if Willow keeps getting tangled up with Brook Lynn’s family and butting heads, she may find herself in over her head.
If Delilah is in a cult and Willow genuinely helps, it could go a bit of a ways towards her redemption, and remind viewers of just how much trauma she’s been through to get to this Dark Willow place.
But if she angers Tracy, Ned, Brook Lynn and the rest of the family, it could be her undoing.
